The Carpenter Foreman will perform commercial construction carpentry work based on the requirements of the project. They will need experience in leading 3 – 4 crews in tasks such as footings, walls, columns, and deck forming and pouring. Experience is essential in gang and hand set form systems both job built and patented manufactured systems. The ability to read and interpret drawings is necessary and the Carpenter Foreman will participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and workshops as directed. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Functions: 1. Perform work as assigned; Work with the Supervision to plan and execute the work assigned in a high quality, productive manner in accordance with the plans and specifications. Efficiently utilize and care for Dugan & Meyers’ tools. 2. Be safety conscious; work as a team member to ensure that all of the crews work in a safe manner, and in accordance with the corporate safety program and State/Federal OSHA regulations. Take direction from corporate safety personnel. 3. Continually monitor the work performance and productivity. Assist in meeting production goals. 4. Assist in training and evaluating the development of Carpenters, Carpenter Apprentices and Laborers.  5. Perform additional assignments as directed by the Superintendent. | ||||
